Diepenbrock Elkin Gleason’s construction group and government contracts group frequently present seminars to clients, potential clients, and organizations looking for educational programs. For example, in February 2014, our construction group presented a seminar on Stop Payment Notices, Bonds and Payment Issues to the Shasta District of the Associated General Contractors of California in Redding, California. In March 2014, the government contracts group presented a seminar on Current Issues in Public Contracting to the Central Valley City Attorneys’ Association. Our attorneys also often present “lessons learned” seminars following resolution of a matter, and present seminars to clients about new developments or “hot” issues in the law, to assist clients to recognize and avoid legal pitfalls.
