Grant Programs

• Negotiated ten-year extension of the UST Cleanup Fund, creation of the Expedited Claim Pilot Program, expanded recovery under the Orphan Site Cleanup Program and the Site Cleanup Subaccount Program (SB 445) in 2014
• Assisted multiple developer clients to obtain grant funding from the Orphan Site Cleanup Fund for remediation of releases from historic, third party operations.
