This is now the 8^th commercial property throughout the State of California that Bradley has helped the California State Lottery to acquire in fulfillment of the Lottery’s Facilities Master Plan. Bradley assists the Lottery with every stage of its real estate purchases, from drafting and negotiating letters of intent and purchase agreements, to in-depth diligence and title review, and then finally escrow closings.
