This is the second year that Sacramento Magazine contracted with Professional Research Services to find the top lawyers in the Sacramento area. Area attorneys were asked to recommend other attorneys among 53 legal specialties. Each attorney was allowed to recommend up to three attorneys in each given specialty. Each nomination was carefully evaluated on the basis of the survey results, the legitimacy of their license and their current standing with the State Bar of California.
