Leanna Henderson is an up-and-coming associate at Diepenbrock Elkin Dauer McCandless LLP, with in-depth experience in all phases of civil litigation., representing clients on a range of matters including public entities, business litigation, construction law, and government contracts.
Leanna's current practice focuses on representing prime contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction, from contract drafting to post-completion dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in construction defect defense as well as mechanics’ liens and contract performance disputes. Ms. Henderson is also well versed in insurance-related issues and has pursued bad faith claims against insurance carriers on behalf of her clients.
Leanna is a member of the State bar of California and earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis in 2016. Ms. Henderson was Vice President of the King Hall Wine Law Society, 2015-2016, Co-Chair, 2014-2015, General Board Member 2013-2014 and Executive Editor to the Environs, Environmental Law and Policy Journal, 2014-2015. She was also the Marketing Chair to the Federalist Society, 2014-2015. Ms. Henderson also studied abroad in Lausanne, Switzerland with focus on International Trade and Business, Fall 2015.
