Julie V. Reiser
Associates

Julie Reiser is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Business Law Department and focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving office, retail, industrial and other commercial properties. She represents property owners, developers, landlords and tenants, and investors in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements and other documents. Julie regularly assists clients with the construction and development of office buildings, shopping centers, agricultural and mixed-use projects.

Julie graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1992. In 1995 she received a Master of Public Administration degree from National University in San Diego, followed by a law degree from California Western School of Law, also in San Diego, in 1997.

After practicing land use and environmental law as a civilian with the Western Area Counsel Office at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Julie returned to Northern California and worked for five years in insurance defense litigation with the firm of Duncan Ball & Evans, followed by four years as a commercial real estate transactional attorney with Cohen Durrett LLP. Julie joined Diepenbrock Harrison in April 2008.

Julie is a member of the California State Bar Association and is certified to practice before all state courts and the federal courts of the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association's Real Estate Section, and has been a member and volunteer for the Nevada County Land Trust and South Yuba River Citizens League for several years. Julie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Sacramento, and is active in the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce.
