Jonathan R. Marz
Jonathan R. Marz is a member of the firm's Land Use and Environmental Law Department. In his practice, Jonathan represents clients on matters and in disputes involving land procurement, use, and development; environmental issues; and general civil litigation.
Prior to joining Diepenbrock Harrison in August 2007, Jonathan was an attorney at a Sacramento law firm where he represented businesses, public entities, and private individuals in a broad range of legal matters, including litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002. Additionally, he received a High Tech Law Certificate through the school's High Tech Law Institute. While in law school, Jonathan was a member of the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal, for which he served as an Articles Editor. In 1999, Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Davis, with majors in Political Science and History.
In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys golfing, motor sports, and technology.
