ar of California. She is also licensed to practice in the State of New York=
 and in the Republic of the Philippines.=0D=0A=0D=0ALeonor graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1991 with a degr=
ee in Business Administration and Accountancy (magna cum laude) and in 1995=
 with a degree in law (cum laude). While at law school, Leonor was Vice-Cha=
irperson of the Philippine Law Journal. She received her LL.M. in Internati=
onal Economic Law from the University of Michigan in 1998, where she was a =
recipient of the University of Michigan Law School Fellowship.
