rsity of California, Los Angeles in 1992.  In 1995, she received her J.D. d=
egree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was=

.C. Davis Law Review.=20=0D=0A=0D=0AMs. Dauer is active in the American Bar Association Section of Public Contr=
act Law as a co-chair of its Membership & Diversity Committee and co-chair =
of the State and Local Procurement Division.  She is also a member of the A=

ed General Contractors of California Legal Advisory Committee.
