llection disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, and general b=
usiness disputes. Gene is a member of the California State Bar and its Liti=
gation Section and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is admitted to=
 practice in all of the California courts as well as the United States Dist=
rict Courts in California. Gene serves on the Crocker Art Auction Committee=
, and is a graduate of Leadership Sacramento, a program administered by the=
 Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce which offers a year-long curri=
culum to up-and-coming business leaders.=0D=0A=0D=0AGene received his B.A., cum laude, from Yale College in 1985. He received h=
is J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1990. While at th=
e University of Pennsylvania Law School, Gene was published in the Journal =
