ngered Species Act.=0D=0A=0D=0APrior to joining Diepenbrock Harrison, David was an attorney with the Law O=
ffices of Gregory D. Thatch, where he successfully represented clients in a=
 wide variety of high profile land use projects before elected and appointe=
d bodies in jurisdictions throughout Northern California. David's land use =
expertise has resulted in thousands of acres of residential, retail, commer=
cial, and institutional development approvals.=0D=0A=0D=0ADavid currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Natomas Community F=
oundation. In addition, prior to moving to Sacramento, David served a two-y=
ear term as an elected member of the City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency=
's Downtown Project Area Committee. David is also a recipient of the Wiley =
W. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal services.=0D=0A=0D=0AA member of the Sacramento, California, and American Bar Associations, Davi=
d received his B.A. in History from California State University, Fullerton,=
 in 1996, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Societ=
