e Environmental and Natural Resources Division of the Department of Justice=
 on complex litigation concerning Native American legal issues.=0D=0A=0D=0ADan is a member of the State Bars of California and Georgia (Inactive). Fro=
m 2004-05 he served as a Chairman of the Leadership Committee for the Feder=
al Bar Association's ("FBA") National Section on Environmental, Energy & Na=
tural Resources Law.=0D=0A=0D=0ADan is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Uni=
ted States District Court for the Eastern District of California.=0D=0A=0D=0ADan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History fro=
m Brandeis University in 1998. In 2001, Dan received his J.D. degree from T=
ulane University. In Law School, Dan was Senior Articles Editor of the Tula=
ne Environmental Law Journal; a member of the Tulane Environmental Law Clin=
ic; a recipient of the Tulane Environmental Law Certificate; and a member o=
f the Environmental Law Society. He clerked for the United States Attorney'=
s Office in Mobile, Alabama.
